We are looking for a Community Manager to cultivate and maintain an engaged and supportive online community of users. This position will use data-driven strategies to enhance community engagement, develop a positive culture, and gather insights for improvements. We are looking for a creative problem solver with strong communication skills and a strategic approach.

What You'll Do:

  • Regularly analyze and report on community performance metrics, implementing data-driven strategies to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage the online community.
  • Foster a sense of belonging and camaraderie among community members.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to create engaging and relevant content.
  • Create and curate content for social media platforms to promote community events and discussions.
  • Find opportunities for new content creation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor discussions, resolve conflicts, and maintain a constructive environment.
  • Provide prompt solutions to community members’ concerns, collaborating with internal teams when needed.
  • Capture user feedback through surveys and polls.
  • Coordinate online events, webinars, and initiatives to encourage community participation, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to gain insights for the community.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive community engagement.
  • Customer-centric approach for exceptional user experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creating straightforward, concise, and engaging content.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various team members.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, prioritizing tasks, manage multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient problem-solving and conflict-management skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with the Higher Logic Vanilla online community platform is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or related.
  • Understanding SaaS products and technology.
