Job Title: Office Admin
Duration: Full Time

We’re looking for high-caliber, well-rounded professionals who are passionate about emerging technology, and professional services projects.

  • Drive company's marketing strategies by Social media and outbound outreach
  • Human Resources functions, including but not limited to new hire orientation, personnel file maintenance, 401(K) administration and health benefit administration
  • Perform end to end onboarding process for the new hire
  • Enter bills, payments, create the monthly invoice on thebill.com
  • Approve online timesheet and process the payroll
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Manage employee and customer relationships
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an office admin
  • Marketing experience is a big plus
  • Experience in accounting like creating an invoice, account receivable, account payable
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
