About LeadIQ

We work with a diverse range of clients, from startups to mid-sized enterprises, helping them achieve their sales goals and drive customer success.

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce adminstrator to join our Revenue Operations team. This individual will report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations and own all things Salesforce, among other tools, systems, and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own general Salesforce administration across LeadIQ.
  • Work collaboratively with GTM functions such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize the Salesforce user experience.
  • Drive efficiency of day to day processes of LeadIQ employees.
  • Document and train LeadIQ staff on new and updated processes.

The Person

  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com Admin
  • Experience managing users, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules and all sorts of out of the box tools to ensure data security and platform reliability
  • Experience creating custom objects and fields, validation rules, flows and other type of automations to improve business processes.
  • Experience creating Reports and Dashboards for different business cases.
  • Experience working with 3rd party integrations (such as Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, DealHub, Zendesk, Demandbase, etc.)
  • Experience using Dataloader or similar for bulk updates of information.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required, additional Salesforce certifications are nice to have.

Location

This role is located in Argentina and is fully remote. You will be expected to work during US hours, typically between Pacific and Eastern timezones.
