Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic software development organization as a Senior Technical Solution Analyst & Researcher. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing grants from various sources, including international organizations such as the World Bank, United Nations, USAID, IADB, as well as regional entities like the European Commission, and exploring opportunities in the crypto space. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our efforts to fund innovative software development projects and contribute to our organization's growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Grant Identification:

• Research and identify relevant grants from online resources, including platforms like DevEx Pro Funding, with a focus on international organizations, such as the World Bank, United Nations, USAID, IADB, etc. - Explore and identify software grants available for companies based in the European Union, including opportunities provided by the European Commission and other regional bodies. - Stay informed about crypto grants and funding opportunities that align with our company's expertise and goals.

2. Proposal Development:

• Write 1 tailored grant proposal per week, ensuring alignment with the specific requirements of each funding opportunity. - Collaborate with technical counterparts within the company to gather information and insights necessary for the development of technically sound and compelling proposals.

3. Communication and Relationship Management:

• Maintain regular communication with grant-issuing organizations to stay updated on new opportunities, guidelines, and changes in application processes. - Establish and nurture relationships with key contacts within grant-issuing organizations to enhance our understanding of their priorities and requirements.

4. Technical Collaboration:

• Conduct interviews with technical counterparts in the company to understand project details, technical specifications, and innovative aspects that can be highlighted in grant proposals. - Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure proposals meet the specified technical requirements and demonstrate our capability to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or a technical discipline. - Proven experience in grant writing, preferably in the I/NGO sector, software development or technology sector. - Familiarity with international grant sources, including organizations like the World Bank, United Nations, USAID, IADB, and regional entities like the European Commission. - Knowledge of crypto grants and funding opportunities in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. English Required. - Strong research and analytical skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and translate technical information into compelling grant proposals.
