Account Executive (AE)

We are looking for a results-driven Account Executive (AE) to join our sales team at Approva. As an AE, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new partnerships with lenders and brokers in the mortgage industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with experience in mortgages, banking, or financial services. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and prioritize target lenders and brokers to pursue new partnerships.
Conduct discovery calls and meetings with qualified prospects to understand their specific needs and pain points.
Present tailored solutions based on prospects' requirements, showcasing the benefits of using the Approva platform.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure new partnerships.
Drive the onboarding process for new lenders and brokers, ensuring a seamless transition to the Approva platform.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on mortgages, banking, or financial services.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
