We are looking for charismatic and friendly rockstars to join our expanding sales team. Your goal is to find creative ways to activate and engage companies and their crew members as we expand throughout the United States. This role is ideal for college graduates with 2+ years of sales experience looking to launch a career in sales at a fast-growing tech startup.
We are anticipating significant growth in 2021. You will need to quickly learn, strategize and help develop sales growth strategies for major accounts across the country.
What You'll Be Doing:
● Plan and execute a consultative and inside (phone) sales strategy for targeted accounts
● Generate business opportunities and manage your sales prospect pipeline
● Strategize on overall growth and success of signed accounts
● Call upon chain restaurant CxOs, large franchise operators and their heads of operations to see if NEXT is a good fit for them
Qualifications/requirements:
● 2+ years of experience in Sales (B2B SaaS a plus)
● Sales and CRM/sales tools usage required (preferably salesforce.com)
● Proven track record of exceeding your sales quota
● Capacity to negotiate and cut through rejection to achieve sales targets
● Prior experience working in restaurants/restaurant management is a plus
● Confidence, positivity, and eagerness to Learn: We have a collaborative and high energy sales team.
● Strong phone/web-video presence: The phone/web-video is your greatest tool. Dedication and resilience are critical to success in consultative sales.
● Excellent verbal and Listening Skills: Communication is key both when speaking with clients and internally with our team.
● Strong writing/email/texting skills: In this day and age, one must be well equipped in writing emails and attention grabbing texts that could open the door to big prospects.
● Sales instincts: You have strong sales instincts and an ability to sniff out opportunities and roadblocks.
● Adaptability: As a fast growing company, things can change in the blink of an eye. You need to be able to adapt, grow, and evolve at lightning speeds.
