Job Overview:As a Business Analyst specializing in NX CAD CAM, you will be responsible for understanding and analyzing business needs related to product design and manufacturing, translating them into functional requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of NX CAD CAM solutions. Your role will involve a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and effective communication to drive efficiency and innovation in product development and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering: o Collaborate with business stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and manufacturing teams, to understand their needs and challenges. o Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
2. Solution Design: o Work closely with technical teams and solution architects to design NX CAD CAM solutions that align with business goals. o Develop detailed functional specifications, ensuring they meet the requirements of both business and technology stakeholders.
3. Implementation Support: o Assist in the implementation of NX CAD CAM solutions by providing guidance to development teams and ensuring the alignment with business requirements. o Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects and manage any changes in requirements.
4. User Training and Support: o Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure the effective adoption of NX CAD CAM tools. o Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing any issues or concerns and facilitating continuous improvement.
5. Quality Assurance: o Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define test cases and ensure the quality of NX CAD CAM implementations. o Participate in testing activities to validate that solutions meet business and technical requirements.
6. Stakeholder Communication: o Maintain open and effective communication channels between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors. o Provide regular updates on project progress, issues, and risks to project sponsors and other relevant stakeholders. Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on NX CAD CAM systems. • In-depth knowledge of NX CAD CAM tools and their applications in product design and manufacturing. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Project management experience is a plus. • Certification in NX CAD CAM tools is desirable.
