CareVision is looking for a Software Implementation Lead to join our team.

The team seeks a Software Implementation Lead to help cater to our rapidly growing client base across Australia. The team is tight, with no big egos, and welcomes self-driven consulting services professionals to join our team on the adventure.

Your Role

You will also work with Enterprise clients to deliver exceptional results for their businesses through the implementation of CareVision’s software suite.

The role involves a combination of project management, business analysis, implementation design, training and change management to drive client projects and solution delivery.

While you will work closely with a team of specialists for the implementation including data analysts, migration specialists, training and documentation team members, you also possess sufficient technical and analytical skills to execute and lead the execution of successful implementation projects.

As the voice of the customer, you will also work closely with the Product and Executive Team to help translate common customer requests and your industry insights into beautiful and effective product or service solutions, and assist with their deployment to existing and new clients

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate journey mapping workshops and discovery workshops, producing as is and to be workflows and associated implementation scope
  • Produce and manage the delivery of project plans, including stakeholder management, communications and change management, resource management and delivery quality
  • Assist with data migration planning, engaging with the data analyst and migration team to execute the migrations
  • Prepare change management plans and facilitate their delivery including delivery of training
  • Effectively manage the delivery of scope, including engaging suitable team members for the delivery of configurations, customisations and integrations
  • Manage and track project risks, issues, and change requests
  • Creation of project assets, and reusable project resources for consistent quality delivery
  • Report on project success, risks, and issues to the project services lead and executive team
  • Contribute to the product team discovery of new features, and customer requirements, including liasing with customers to gather feedback on upcoming features for the product team

Skills and Experience

  • Strong Project Management experience, demonstrating the ability to coordinate project activities cross functionally, and end to end software project management experience for at least 2 to 3 years
  • Business Analyst experience with 2 to 3 years experience as a business analyst
  • Clear and effective communicator, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Timely, efficient and highly organised person who is project and process orientated with the ability to work to deadlines
  • Knowledge of ERP, CRM, Payroll and / or Health Systems required
  • Software systems implementation experience required
  • Relevant formal education or training such as diploma, certificate or bachelors degree, or specialist qualifications
