The Role
TimelyCare is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager, B2B to join our growing team to execute demand generation and client upsell marketing initiatives.
You will be at the forefront of our company's expansion strategy, playing a pivotal role in creating and executing comprehensive marketing initiatives. Your focus will be on driving demand for new business and maximizing client upsell opportunities in the higher education market.
In this dynamic B2B role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns. Your strategic mindset will guide the development and implementation of end-to-end demand generation strategies, and your ability to analyze data-driven insights will be crucial in refining targeting, messaging, and overall campaign optimization.

What You'll Do
- Define and execute a cohesive and comprehensive marketing strategy and campaign plan that generates leads and drives revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling messaging and positioning for targeted markets and execute innovative demand generation marketing campaigns
- Work closely with the Revenue team to develop and execute targeted 1:1, 1:few, 1:many account-based marketing campaigns, aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives to drive personalized engagement and enhance customer relationships.
- Work with Product Marketing and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities within the existing client base and create tailored campaigns to drive upsell.
- Utilize data-driven insights to conduct a thorough analysis of campaign performance and implement optimization techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree is required. Masters degree a plus.
- 5+ years marketing experience in a B2B environment-- healthcare or higher education experience is a plus.
- Excellent relationship building and relationship nurturing skills.
- Experience in message development.
- Working knowledge and experience with ad serving platforms across display, search and social
- Experience at growth stage companies preferred
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platform
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Experience with Demandbase or comparable ABM platform a plus

The salary range for this opportunity is $75,000– $80,000 per year, depending on education and experience. This is the base pay. You will be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to the base pay, to be discussed during the interview process.
