The Role

Our Goal:

Help non-profit organizations or individual causes to raise funds for what they care about by dining at their favorite local restaurants.

Position Description

Your responsibilities:

  • Customer service, relationship management
  • Lead an international team of 6-10 support professionals across 2 communications in sales and support
  • Owning customer issues from initial contact through resolution
  • User communications, including the design & implementation of automated email campaigns to train, onboard & provide continued support to users
  • Documentation and optimization of customer support processes and procedures
