Manager, Client Relations

We are a startup talent agency that represents top influencers, media personalities, and athletes.

Many of our influencers or athletes are followed by millions of people. We are growing fast and looking for a Manager of Client Relations to join our team.

The number one characteristic we are looking for is proactive. We need a hunter who knows how to get things done and figures things out along the way.

We now represent over 150 influencers and athletes and have a team of 15 agents who manage the relationships. We are looking for a Manager to come in and help us optimize what we are doing, who can help to lead and oversee some of the team.

In the role, you will focus on coaching, mentoring, building systems and optimizations that allow the team to grow and scale.

We are looking for someone who is extremely organized, who knows how to put in systems and processes. We are also looking for someone who can match a people first and empathy first culture.

Ideal Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Business or similar field
-2+ years experience in a leadership role
-Proactive as heck
-Kill them with kindness mentality
-2+ Experience with in Account Management or Sales
-Flexible (Startups change every day)
