3RM.co is a software company that is on a mission to build "the relationship layer of the internet."
Last year, the global market cap for sales software sat at ~$429b and was largely inaccessable or unusable for blockchain-based businesses. Similarly, traditional software companies remain blissfully unsware of the advantages of web3.
3RM is working to connect these worlds together. In doing so, 3RM can act as the middleware that brings the advantages of web3 (interoperability, composability, etac.) to the institution of web2.

Our only released product is a Telegram CRM. Telegram has the 5th most monthly active users out of any application in the world. All of web3 relies on using Telegram as the standard form of communication. However, none of the existing CRM stack (Husbpot, Salesforce, etc.) provide a reliable integration.
Not only has 3RM built the best integration into Telegram that is available on the market, but we've also worked with 1,000+ teams in web3 to deeply understand their business needs and incorporate them into our product. There are a large amount of difference between traditional tooling and 3RM. Specifically chats =! emails, employment is fluid, security is non-negogiatable, business is done 24/7 globally, and identity tooling works for <10% of web3 participants.
Because of this, 3RM has been able to build a product and roadmap that is a leader in the industry. 3RM has grown 20% MoM for 7 consecutive months with $0 spent in acquisition costs.
We are currently looking for a Growth + Marketing professional to join our team to acquire new users, create content to enable their onboarding, and support teams to activation. More simply put - to manage the entire customer lifecycle.
This role has been created & fulfilled by the CEO & Founder for the past year. We are looking for someone to continue on the currently successful processes in addition to pioneering new results for the team. This person can be junior and there is no education or experience requirement. We value someone who has a gritty attitude, no ego, and is willing to fail fast.
The more we execute, the more we learn. This is a safe place to develop your skillset & work directly with the founder on creative processes that achieve tangible results.
It's not required but would be great if you:
- Have web3 experience
- Have experience with CRMs or other sales software tooling
- Knew about automations & how to build no-code solutions
- Have an entrepeneurial mindset
- Don't mind fulfilling backlogged work before starting to implement your vision
- Are based in the San Francisco / Bay Area (open to remote)
- Comfortable writing, creating graphic assets, and putting together marketing material
- Aren't afraid to spend a few hours doing cold outreach (not a task, but you're just not afraid, etiher.)
- Understand crypto Twitter, Meme Culture, or have rizz of sorts
- Can be available for 15-40 hours/wk
The primary objective of this person should be to create the best experience for our users. We would like to have premiere acquisiton, onboarding, and support experiences.
A great way to describe a successful candidate would be someone who:
- Has a strong writing ability coupled with the ability to create content that users at any lifecycle stage can engage with
- Is a self-starter and unafraid to jump into customer conversations to collect more information for our product & sales teams
- Can quickly learn how to use various marketing toolsets and is able to measure the impact of their work
- Is able to work quickly inside of Slack, Asana, and other productivity tooling
- Demonstrates patience in developing a company-wide strategy through trial and error
- Understands (or learns quickly) the value of distribution and how to compound the impact of their work
- Can maintain a social media presence with a fun, energetic, and meaingful intention
Our hope for this person is that they will become an integral part of this company and we work to release a variety of other tooling for prospecting, CRM enrichment, data interoperability, and data ownership. Not to worry about any of this now and instead focused on growing a product that will be the foundation of 3RM going forward.
