The Senior B2B Sales role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships in the Middle East region. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, proposing tailored solutions, and establishing the company as a trusted partner in the industry.
Responsibilities:
1) Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets in the Middle East market.
2) Identify and engage with key decision-makers, building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
3) Conduct thorough needs assessments, present product demonstrations, and propose solutions that address client pain points.
4) Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of solutions to clients.
5) Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
6) Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
7) Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update CRM systems regularly.
8) Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is a plus.
Proven track record of success (6+ years) in B2B sales, particularly in the SaaS industry, with a focus on the Middle East market .
Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, with a consultative sales approach.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel within the region as needed.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Urdu, Arabic, and Hindi is mandate.
Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
