Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates through various channels.
Provide comprehensive information to candidates regarding the company and available roles.
Skillfully match candidates to appropriate hiring managers based on job suitability.
Manage and optimize candidate pipelines to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR teams to obtain candidate feedback and facilitate data-informed decisions.
Maintain and update internal HR systems with precise candidate information and status updates.
Essential Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to engage with a diverse range of applicants.
Proven experience in customer service, HR, or a recruitment-related role.
Knowledge of contemporary HR processes and effective recruitment strategies.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR-specific software platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certifications in Human Resources or Talent Management are an added advantage.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
