Executive Assistant/Office Manager

We are seeking a proactive and highly reliable Executive Assistant. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for efficiently offloading non-productive tasks from the executive's workload, enabling them to focus on strategic and high-value activities.

*Gaming Zone Administrator:

• Possess a good understanding of gaming systems and technology to effectively manage technical issues with gaming systems (PC and Playstation).

• Oversee the management of the in-house gaming zone, maintaining its smooth functioning and customer satisfaction.

• Onboard customers, assist them with queries, and ensure an enjoyable gaming experience.

• Handle technical issues with gaming systems (PC and Playstation) and ensure they are up-to-date.

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the gaming zone and its equipment.

*Roles and Responsibilities

1. Proactively identify non-productive tasks that can be delegated from the executive's workload.

2. Take charge of personal errands, day-to-day chores, ensuring the executive's seamless workflow.

3. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion with all sensitive information and tasks.

4. Support the executive in any other tasks that contribute to their overall productivity and well-being.

Skills:

a) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

b) Demonstrated capability to take initiative and work independently.
