Receptionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and customers, and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, clients and customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner
• Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area
• Maintain an accurate log of visitors and their purpose for visiting
• Provide administrative support as needed, including typing, filing, and photocopying
• Respond to inquiries from clients, customers and visitors in a timely and professional manner
• Schedule appointments and meetings as needed
• Manage the scheduling of conference rooms and other common areas
• Provide information about the company and its products or services
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
