About the role

We’re looking for young professionals who have managed multiple projects simultaneously and
improved upon / set up efficient processes. If you’ve worked in EdTech or startups, that’s a plus.

Responsibilities

Program Manager’s responsibilities will include

1. Handle projects from content and marketing departments
2. Initiate, plan & execute projects from start to finish according to the vision and expected standards
3. Foresee & resolve potential problems down the line
4. Understand skills and limitations of team members to manage projects accordingly
5. Communicate effectively with team
6. Provide periodic reports and insights
7. Improve upon (and ensure adoption of) processes to reduce inefficiencies
8. Ensure content quality is maintained across all projects
9. Manage remote projects when freelancers are involved
10. Implement good management practices

Growth track

In 2-3 years, the Program manager can expect to get promoted to Senior program manager /
Portfolio manager / Chief of staff, overseeing the growth of projects in content, marketing &
sales, operations departments and be a part of the Strategy team

Who can apply

Any young graduate with 1-3 years of work experience. Based out of Jaipur (in-office)
