Marketing and Operations Intern

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage company's social media accounts and post content.
• Brainstorm and execute campaign ideas
• Reach out to potential partners and manage their onboarding
• Get app downloads and create brand awareness with various marketing campaigns
• Help with the planning of marketing events
• Create and implement SOPs for various partners
• Manage various listings and bookings on the platform

Other Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree required
• 0-12 months experience preferred
• Ability to grow a startup and work in a fast paced environment
• Strong problem solving and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or with a group.

• Must have an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a startup environment
• Increment in stipend based on performance. Equity or ESOP based on overall commitment to the project
