Operation Manager

Job Responsibilities:

 Monitoring and Execution of e-commerce operation from order processing to daily dispatch.
 Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Labour Management and Logistics Partner Co-ordination
 Reporting and Maintenance of MIS of operational activities like Daily Dispatch Report, RTO Report and Inventory Report
 Co-ordination with vendors, and logistic partners for timely dispatch
 Managing the operational cost, Hiring and leading the operations team
 Maintenance of inventory stock across various e-commerce channels like Amazon, Flipkart etc.
 Knowledge of order processing at e-commerce stores, and end-to-end operation knowledge of FBA, FBF, SMART, FLITE and other platforms.

Requirements:

 Deep Knowledge of tools like MS Excel, Order Processing Tools like unicommerce, Inventory Management Tools
 Experience of minimum 2-3 years in an E-commerce company
 Must have graduation degree
