FT or PT Social Media Manager in Beauty/Health/Wellness eCommerce

Unlockt Brands operates multiple ecommerce brands imported directly from Korea in beauty/skincare/health & wellness categories.

We are looking for a social media Intern / Associate / Manager - depending on your experience, responsible for assisting with the management and execution of social media. Our main objective is to increase brand awareness, engage with the target audience, create a community, and boost brand engagement and increase revenue

Responsibilities

• Analyzing social media metrics, preform market research, providing Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly reports on performance to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
• Engage, share and repost content such as blogs, photos, reviews, videos and all other forms of content on social media
• Monitoring and responding to ALL comments, DMs, and inquiries on social media platforms
• Engaging with followers and fostering community growth.
• Brainstorm and research ideas for original content including trending captions and hashtags to target the managing brand's audience
• Contact content creators to obtain permission for using their content and maintain friendly relationships
• Scout, and recruit creators to our ambassador program
• Develop new strategies for increasing engagement
• Ensure brand message is consistent
• Conducting market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc as well as social media management tools, analytics, and scheduling platforms.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and photo/video editing tools to help create and edit relevant short-form videos from existing content we have full rights to
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge or willingness to learn SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
• Passion for social media and staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, as well as work collaboratively
• Detail-oriented, communicative, with good organizational skills.

Compensation

• TBD - depends on part time/ full time
• Free lunch and snacks (when in-office)

Working Norms

• Expected to Work 4+ hours a day for part time / 8 hours a day for full time
• When working remotely, tasks assigned / communicated through Notion, Slack, & Email
• Communicate openly, clearly, and frequently
