JUMP Investors (www.jumpinvestors.com), an entrepreneurial venture capital firm, is looking for a super awesome, energetic, outgoing, highly motivated, creative, friendly, intelligent, neat, detail-oriented, funny, and mature recent college graduate for the dynamic roles of Executive Assistant, Assistant Project Manager, and Social Media Coordinator. This rock star will perform a wide range of duties in a fast-moving and dynamic culture.

As an Executive Assistant, our successful candidate will manage a small office and will perform duties that include answering phones, scanning documents, preparing in-house payroll including quarterly and annual reports, auditing monthly expenses, managing the Founder and CEO’s calendar, planning and booking, shopping for all office and household supplies as needed, and other duties consistent with this role. On occasion, the candidate will run personal errands such as grocery shopping.

In the Assistant Project Manager role, our successful candidate will conduct extensive research for our portfolio company Sandee, write beach summaries and blogs, and assist our Project Managers with a variety of cool, fun, and engaging projects. The role will include exposure to a variety of companies and industries that include travel, real estate, podcasts, and promotional products.

In the Social Media Coordinator role, our successful candidate will manage our Instagram and other social media accounts for Sandee. In addition, the candidate will be asked to come up with creative strategies and initiatives to increase our engagement on social media.

Our successful candidate will work directly with our founder who is a serial technology entrepreneur who manages his family office and is the CEO of four companies. The successful candidate must:
