🥷 Role

We’re building the best sales team in our category and looking for our first Account Executive hires to help set that foundation while dramatically expanding our market presence across the US. The role’s primary focus is to deliver strong sales results in the medical device startup and SMB segments.

We’re seeking highly entrepreneurial individuals for this role and we have a strong preference for candidates who can collaborate in-person in Philadelphia.

#### 👩‍💻 Responsibilities

  • Prospect and quality new sales leads to continuously build a healthy pipeline
  • Efficiently run the full cycles cycle and drive new business to close
  • Become an industry and customer expert in order to facilitate a consultative sales process
  • Document and report market feedback to continuously improve messaging and product
  • Ensure a smooth handoff to customer success for all new customers
  • Prepare regular reporting on sales metrics and forecasts for the executive team

🛠️ Requirements

  • 3-6 years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a full-cycle Account Executive role
  • BA/BS degree or higher
  • Expert listening and discovery skills, with ability to map customer needs to product value
  • Strong ability to present and communicate both verbally and in writing
  • A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment with notable risk and upside
  • A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the critical medical device industry

This role includes commission, with OTE of $120-160K.

⚙️ How We Work

Ultralight has a founder footprint in both Philadelphia and NYC, and this role is expected to have a strong in-person presence in Philadelphia several days per week.

Ultralight is committed to building a hybrid culture, and much of our collaboration happens online. We also have a strong bias towards in-person time in order to build camaraderie and a culture of performance and collaboration.
