Responsibilities:
The candidate will lead the client team(s) for the consulting projects. The role
varies based on the nature of the project, but would broadly include the following:
Led teams of 2-8 members in performing projects for multiple clients.
Provide practical solutions to business problems by identifying gaps and inefficiencies in the current working.
Prepare for & lead reviews with client CEOs & other senior management.
Meet client employees in different departments and levels to enable the effective implementation of suggested processes & solutions.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, etc.
Train in-house talent to acquire consulting skill sets.
Preferred experience:
Experience having led implementations across client sizes/industries.
Exposure to Project Management activities.
Should have handled a team of 2 or more.
Experience in interacting and deriving solutions for clients.
Experience in managing stringent deadlines and multiple client requirements together.
Experience in managing clients across industry domains and understanding best practices and benchmarks.
