We are looking for a co-founder/senior level candidate to help us take our company to the next level.
realOestate redefines people's moving experience during a real estate transaction through innovative solutions and cutting-edge technology.
As a key member of our founding team, you will collaborate to develop and execute the company's strategy, build and maintain relationships with key industry players and stakeholders, develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies, and build and lead a high-performing team.
Requirements:
*1. Minimum of 10 years as a C-Level leader in the real estate - proptech industry. *
- Strong relationships with leading professionals, company owners, and decision-makers in the residential real estate sector.
- Proven experience in a leadership position in a relevant field.
- Financial strength and capability to work without immediate compensation until the company secures investment funds (currently in process).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills. Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for PropTech.
Compensation:
5% vested equity stake in the company.
Suitable C-level position salary upon securing investment.
