Aila is a female founded & focused wellness brand. We are pioneering a new approach to the way active women prepare and recover from their workout.

Looking for someone anxious to build a start up from the ground up and open to wearing many hats in the beginning. The ideal candidate will have that hunger coupled with:

- manufacturing process
- supply chain management
- packaging sourcing
- fulfillment/3PL management
- inventory management
- product development a plus

Depending on the candidate/level of commitment, this may be a co-founder role or a senior management role. Not looking for short term contracters.
