Chief Operating Officer

What you'll do:

1. Make sure all teams are synced: Align all team members and departments so everyone is rowing in the same direction
   • Create processes & systems for all teams
   • Make sure all teams are synced consistently. Teams include: Supply chain, operations, marketing, customer service, product development, web developmen, wholesale
   • Set weekly, monthly, and annual goals for team
2. Recalibrate consistently throughout year to make sure everyone is doing their job to hit/surpass revenue & EBITDA goals
3. Find & execute new projects that will improve EBITDA
4. Define areas of opportunity that are not being tackled and test/pilot them
   • Define when that will be done internally by team, yourself or by hiring freelancers This position will be the right hand person to the CEO.
