Job Description:
- On-boarding of customers
- Provide required training to customer
- Provide support for bug fixes and queries by coordinating with the relevant team within the organisations
- Have frequent touch points with the relevant stakeholders of customer organization
- Follow up on the subscription renewals
- Build relation and be the brand representative to the customer
- Good communication skills
Location: Chennai
Experience required: 0 to 3 years
Note: Candidates who are from Computer Science background only be preferred
