The Role

Job Description:

  • On-boarding of customers
  • Provide required training to customer
  • Provide support for bug fixes and queries by coordinating with the relevant team within the organisations
  • Have frequent touch points with the relevant stakeholders of customer organization
  • Follow up on the subscription renewals
  • Build relation and be the brand representative to the customer
  • Good communication skills

Location: Chennai
Experience required: 0 to 3 years
Note: Candidates who are from Computer Science background only be preferred
