Code Captain - Prestige Level III: Link

We are looking for a high-energy WordPress developer with personality. The code captain is responsible for the outcome of the website/technology solution being delivered, making sure nothing gets missed in the beginning of the project, and at the end/delivery of the project. Between projects, the Code Captain will be working with company stakeholders to create new lines of technology products, or improvements to current ones. The Prestige III will proactively identify side-project-opportunity, and begin evolving those opportunities, even without stakeholder engagement.

Delivery - QA/QC. Business process improvements are a part of every company, as a Prestige Level III you will identify recurring issues in the QA process, and communicate the changes necessary for permanent resolution. A Level III will also take it upon themselves to manage their time in a way to create permanent solutions internally and present them; surprising us with your ingenuity, preferring to ask forgiveness than wait for permission.

Delivery - Website Review. During the review process with the customer, a Code Captain must be able to make real time decisions to determine what changes can be done on-the-fly to impress the customer, versus changes needing to be logged to a ticket.

Delivery - DNS Changes. Code Captains must be trustworthy to access customer registrar and/or DNS accounts to make A record changes required to take the site live, while providing comfort, communication, support and even excitement for the customer.
