Job description
Drive customer success as a point of contact for customers. Connect with customers to offer insight and provide additional resources. Build customer relationships to ensure customer retention and growth.
Candidate will work from our Chennai Office.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Be
-Communicate client requirements to internal stakeholders.
-Analyze key performance indicators and identify opportunities for product adoption. Drive usage of the product.
-Provide consultative solutions and operations support.
-Train users at periodic intervals and track effectiveness.
-Work Cross-functionally within the company and at client side.
-Responsible for weekly and monthly reports and tracking key metrics.
About You
-This role is for you if you are good at communication, enjoy technology and have a dedicated work ethic.
-Familiarity with Excel and basic data analysis.
-Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Great at conveying issues concisely.
-Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non technical audience.
-Self starter attitude with little or no supervision needed.
-BA/BS/Btech degree is mandatory.
-Should be available to join immediately.
-Must be proficient in English, Hindi.
