Chief Medical Officer

HealingHand tech is looking for a CMedO to help build and grow a gamified neurorehabilitation medical device for US market.

Who are we?
HealingHand Tech is a Dublin-based HealthTech startup aiming to transform post-stroke telerehabilitation. Building a fully remote hand&arm rehabilitation solution, we combine a smart wearable device with mobile app, adding behaviour change, multiplayer and data analytics.
We are passionate about digital transformation and believe a fully gamified patient experience is the future of healthcare.

What are you going to do?

• We are now looking for a co-founder to fill the medical/scientific role at the team, meaning:
• !!! Research and development of the stroke telerehabilitation and exercise programme for the device, remote monitoring and communication system for the therapist !!!
• Supporting research and development of Behaviour Change Intervention programme and gamification for the device
• Provide sound scientific leadership in all aspects of our business
• Represent the startup as part of the team in all kind of contexts
• and more!

*The co-founder we are looking for: *

• Passionate about HealthTech and improving others lives
• Have a startup mindset. Previous startup experience or business experience is a plus. Ready to work in a small early-stage startup
• Ready to make this startup great and commit to the project
• !!! Background / Past experience in neurorehabilitation, specifically post-stroke upper limb rehabilitation !!! Especially in US market
• Ideally - Experience or strong understanding of gamified patient experience
• Experience in regulatory requirements and documentation for medical devices, especially for US
• Previous experience working with investors or senior business partners is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
