Finotor revolutionizes the way businesses manage their company's accounting, finances and bank accounts and empowers companies to grow better, faster. Modern, fast-growing companies and their entrepreneurs are fully focused on sales growth and retention and struggle with accounting and cash collection. This leads to a waste of time spent in bank reconciliation, loss of invoices, unpaid invoices, outdated payment methods and a negative customer experience. Finotor is the modern way of automating a company's accounting by being a hub that manages data from bank accounts, payment processing tools (like Stripe), financial analytics and payments to improve a company's profitability and growth. We are a bootstrapped product-led startup launched in December 2023 in its fast growing phase. 👀 About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Fullstack Engineer. This is a unique opportunity to join Finotor as one of the first engineers and have a huge impact on the product and the technical stack. You are a technical expert at heart and will support the overall decision-making process as well as the company's sustained growth.

As a fullstack engineer, you will:

Develop, deploy and maintain new features
You build it, you run it !
Ensure code review and knowledge sharing across the team
Data and IT architecture will have to functionally and technically scale.

Tech Stack:

Front-End: ReactJS, Tailwind
Back-End: Node.js
Mobile : ReactNative
DB : PostgreSQL

Requirements:

2 to 3 years of software engineer experience on full-stack web apps.
Entrepreneurial mindset: you thrive in fast-paced environments where you have broad responsibilities
Ownership mentality: you are a doer and have a bias for action, no task is below you
Organization skills: you know how to prioritize and split your tasks efficiently
Team player: you enjoy sharing and learning from each other
Initiative and innovation: you don't hesitate to challenge and suggest new practices
Product lover: you fully understand what we want to bring to our users, and you are eager to deliver the best possible UX to them
Abstraction ability: you are able to step back and rethink our model globally
Strong attention to details: code quality is important for you and you set a high bar.
