Human Resources Business Partner

What’s this role about

We are looking for an Human Resources associate, who can take care of our employee experience part of the Business. Your day today task may involve,

Working closely with Human Resources Head and executing all the efforts that are essential for employee experiences.
Conducting online team building activities, engaging cross functional teams across locations and coming up with strategies to conduct actives that are engaging, giving team-spirit to all the employees.
Taking care of daily admin tasks that are related to employee experience, example - Inductions, Birthdays and Anniversary celebrations.
Help Human Resources team in few parts of hiring related work, candidate experiences, etc.
Taking care of insurance filing, vendor management and a few to add on, related to Human Resources and its functions.

What’s you should be having?

Good to have exposure as a Business Partner
Bringing 1+ years of Human Resource experience to the table
Must be a great communicator, verbally or otherwise.
Preference will be given to students from Tier 1 & Tier 2 institutions
Should be able to trust the power of team-sprint and team-work
Good to be a self motivated person with zeal to motivate others to do their best
