Sales Executive

The main role responsibilities are:
Prospecting: looking for new clients.
Negotiations: establishing service and rate agreements with current and new clients.
Contract Management: draft, create and manage leasing contracts, rates agreements, service agreements.
Client Portfolio Management: follow up clients and prospects. Account management.
Market Research: knowing our competitive segment and being a market reference.
Revenue Management: anticipating and influencing consumer behavior in order to maximize revenue or profits with pricing strategies.
