Position Summary:

The Senior Factoring Account Executive is responsible for achieving increased expectations in monthly sales targets, job functions, and responsibilities.  The Sr Factoring Account Executive will be responsible for working with our Carriers to help them secure the money needed to grow their business by asking questions to understand their current business situation, evaluating their goals, and educating as to how Factoring can improve their cash flow. This is an inside sales role; all customer interactions are performed via phone and email.

Essential Job Functions:

Achieve increased monthly quota of new accounts
Manage lead, opportunity, and development pipeline in multiple systems
Assess prospective clients' Accounts Receivable & Aging information to determine relevant factoring options for their business
Consult with customers to gather information and make product recommendations for their business
Work with multiple internal departments to create relevant financial services proposals and contracts for prospective clients
Work and collaborate as a team to refine sales tactics to meet/exceed monthly/quarterly/annual benchmark quota goals
Protect company and customer information in accordance with company policies and procedures
Prospect leads via phone and email, identifying key decision makers, business pain points, the size of the opportunity, budget, and purchase timeframes and make product recommendations for individual customer
Create and drive strategic sales initiatives to drive consistent achievement of monthly quota
Handle objections and ask probing questions that surface business needs and sales opportunities
Build and maintain strong customer rapport. Provide value, teach, tailor, and problem solve with customers
Report and record all activities in Salesforce.com, a web-based CRM system, and qualify leads for sales development
Accurately record sales and summarize interaction with customers
Process new customer applications
Target new opportunities daily to build sales pipeline
Send emails and make prospecting calls, to peak interest in learning more about Truckstop.com products and services
Position Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in carrying and reaching a sales quota
Experience with transportation, factoring, finance, or banking preferred
Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and basic spreadsheets, with strong attention to detail
Ability to comprehend, retain and apply complex regulatory & factoring information
Must be able to quickly articulate business benefits and functionality of software solutions
Must be able to handle objections and ask probing questions that surface business needs and sales opportunities
Strong written, verbal and presentation / communication skills, including both executive and technical audiences
Ability to adapt and be an early adopter of change, must thrive in fast paced and high growth environments
Be a dynamic team player: consistently contribute to building positive team culture and elevating teammates
Ability to exhibit an elevated level of professionalism and a sincere desire to speak to prospective clients
Ability to multi-task projects simultaneously
Bilingual Spanish / English preferred
