Software Engineering Manager

Primary Job Responsibilities

Be both highly technical and an effective people manager
Drive roadmap creation and execution and other engineering initiatives
Lead and participate in discussions with key stakeholders to develop a vision, strategy, and a set of KPIs for your product portfolio
Collect customer requirements, specifications, and timelines via the sales team or meet the customer directly
Collaborate with developers from other Fortune 500 companies to deliver the best solutions to our customers
Communicate with the product team, marketing team, sales, and support team to ensure the products are well accepted and understood internally
Occasional weekend and evening meetings are required.
Minimum Requirements

10+ years experience coding in one of the following languages: C++, C, Python, or JavaScript
3+ years experience managing technical software products or projects from kick-off to shipped
2+ years experience recruiting and managing technical teams
Bachelor's degree in computer science or other engineering majors
Familiar with SDKs and agile development practices
Experience working in a customer-facing role preferred
Proficiency in Mandarin or Spanish preferred
