The Role
We are looking for young, enthusiastic interns for the below activities
• Assists in preparing job descriptions in the pre determined templates
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Sources applicants by posting on relevant job boards
• Determines applicant qualifications by screening applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Co-ordinates scheduling of interviews with hiring manager and follows up for feedback
• Does salary negotiations and closes offers
