Fantastic communication skills, meticulous, methodical. Ability to manage hundreds HNI and CXO level conversations simultaneously without dropping the ball on even one.
Sharp, smart, cross-functional and committed. Ability to get absorbed in and to own work. I have no place for whining, entitled individuals.
It would be good if you like the stage and arclights, if you're a natural communicator, both one on one and from a dais.
Ambitious, self starter, willing to learn. Responsibility and authority go hand in hand here. If your intention is not to take ownership and to make the current management more or less redundant in the next couple of years, please don't apply.
