Role Based Responsibilities

Human Resource

  1. To ensure effective sourcing, screening, hiring of candidates for open profiles ranging from the back office, front end sales staff, accounts, and design team i. For business profiles, source and screen candidates in coordination with the business head and close the process within 15 days
  2. Smooth onboarding of new employees, along with weekly and monthly reviews for the probation period. Monitoring of the performance, to decide the confirmation of the candidate.
  3. POC for manpower consultancies for sourcing and hiring. Coordinate and close the open positions in 15 days timeline.
  4. Manage Linkedin, Naukari, Resdesk, etc official accounts, upload JD, browse and source candidates for open profiles as per criteria.
  5. Managing various job/ internship portals, platforms, and processes with various college campuses/portals for recruitment of open profiles. To conduct the process end-to-end, select and onboard the interns (offer letter, test results, POC for the same ).
  6. Implement performance review procedures (e.g. monthly/quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations) based on which appraisals and promotions will be considered. It includes review/presentations based on targets / KPI and KRA
  7. Design compensation and benefits packages, Job Descriptions, roles, and responsibilities of each profile. Also, change/ update JD as per new business and policy change requirements.
  8. To ensure HR policies are clear to employees (both onsite/offsite), they adhere to the same (Leaves, attendance, punctuality, hygiene, conduct, etc)
  9. Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees (both onsite/offsite)
  10. Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation compliance issues (PF/ ESIC )
  11. Manage employees (both onsite/ offsite ) grievances as per management policies, and take decisions based on the same. Unless management involvement is necessary, such grievances should be resolved at your end.

  12. Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS)

  13. Measure employee (both onsite/offsite) retention and turnover rates, along with exit interviews of the leaving staff.

  14. Maintain and submit attendance as per format for salary processing. All details of late coming, advances, leaves register, new joining details to be shared at the time of salary processing and maintained.

  15. Ensure all exit formalities of the leaving candidates are complete, handover to the relevant person, FNF settlement of dues after clearance from all departments

  16. Oversee daily operations of the HR department, and documentation is maintained so that it can be referred.

  17. Maintain petty cash, payment vouchers, utilities for office maintenance.

  18. Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance)

  19. As this is a single person role, these tasks are to be performed independently in a time stipulated manner.

  20. All the tasks should be done as per the set SOP by the management, including but not limited to hiring, holidays, leaves, firing.

Administration:

  1. To maintain the Petty cash transactions on regular basis (reports to be approved by management on a weekly and monthly basis.
  2. To keep a track of bills and invoices to be renewed on a timely basis.
  3. Maintain In / Out report for employees going out for Lunch breaks and short breaks.
  4. Manage the housekeeping track of work on a daily basis
  5. Maintain Monthly attendance and submit the same to Accounts for payroll processing.
  6. Maintain a monthly Leave tracker for all the employees and update it for approval.
  7. Keep a track of Birthdays for all the employees.

Candidate Persona

  1. A strong sense of urgency, willingness to accept challenges, ability to manage details and multiple tasks while responding to changing priorities and feedback.
  2. A hands-on self-starter, with a can-do positive attitude, willing to roll up their sleeves
