As a recruitment account manager, you will be responsible for

• Getting more firms and individuals to take recruitment services from lineup.
• Handling the P&L for the account /Customer
• Conduct Market research where required
• Meeting and exceeding recruitment targets assigned to him/her;
• Handing a large team of recruiters to support and close more positions
• Training and developing jr recruiters
• Set and meet ambitious targets for self and team.
• Be involved in contributing towards technology product enhancements that would benefits all users
  

Must have excellent client Management skills
