The ideal candidate will be able to effectively maintain company books, do compliances, prepare reports and handle HR related activities.
Responsibilities
• Own and Manage Admin and HR processes
• Handling of petty cash for the day to day expenses
• Verification of the Bills and Voucher payments related to all the office expenses
• Compiling, making and delivering reports
• Filing GST, TDS returns
• Vendor Master & Cost centre creation using Tally
• All types of Bills Accounting in tally i.e against PO/WO/LO/SO
• Payment Entry accounting in Tally
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary
• Other duties as assigned
• Prepare MIS reports
• Compliance management
Qualifications
• Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• B.A or B. Com or any other suitable degree with accounting and finance as major.
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
• Strong communication skills
