POSITION OVERVIEW
Our Total Rewards team is seeking an experienced Senior Compensation Analyst to research, implement and oversee the company’s pay structure and compensation practices and policies. This role will report to the Vice President of Total Rewards in Human Resources and work closely with Finance, HR and Business Leaders to provide compensation recommendations based on market data and company guidelines.
Responsibilities:
• Working alongside senior leadership, server as a subject matter expert to provide accurate compensation analytics of highly sensitive and confidential information.
• Provide recommendations for job level, pay band, base pay, short term & long term incentives based on internal and external compensation data and company guidelines.
• Assesses jobs and their respective duties to determine classification as exempt or nonexempt.
• Aggregate compensation data, build data models and provide insightful, actionable, and accurate financial reporting analysis to management for company programs and decision making.
• Evaluate trends and benchmark data related to Compensation and other Total Rewards programs.
• Recommend Total Rewards policies, practices, program enhancements and automation
• Partner with Sales Leaders and Legal Team to draft incentive plans.
• Partner with Human Resources Leadership and Finance to understand annual budgets related to merit, bonus programs, market adjustments, benefits, recognition and other company programs.

Minimum Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience working as a Compensation Analyst
• Highly analytical thinker who is able to influence decisions with a well-rounded and objective process of evaluation
• Able to summarize data, pull insights and present finding to management
• Able to anticipate, identify and resolve problems in a timely and positive manner
• Knowledge of principles, procedures and best practices in the industry.
• Demonstrated experience navigating a fast-paced, dynamic working environment
• Must pass background check and provide employment references.
