• Process all Inventory Received and push to AP
• Process all AP payment
• Push all Invoices in AP Module
• Track and inform vendors on invoices and payments
• AP reconciliations
• Helping in Bank Reconciliation
• Managing Credit Card Statements and accounting
• Managing Credit Card rewards accounting
• Helping management with Expenses Budgeting and tracking
• Preparing Actual vs Budget for Expenses
• Helping with P&L and Balance sheets
• Helping with other management reports
• Preparing daily working capital
• Preparing monthly cash flow statement for daily payments and operations
• Process all AP payment
• Push all Invoices in AP Module
• Track and inform vendors on invoices and payments
