Looking for a unique opportunity to flex your entrepreneurial skills? Lux & Nyx is looking for a highly-motivated, experienced, and committed sales professional to join our team.
Lux & Nyx is experiencing significant growth as a result of launching a new sales channel. As we continue to grow this sales channel–and the company as a whole–we are looking for an individual with a growth mindset to join our team as a Strategic Sales Manager.
This is a crucial role in the growth and development of this new sales channel and the Lux & Nyx brand. As such, this position involves working directly with the CEO & Founder, Lisa Hu.
The Strategic Sales Manager position enables you the opportunity to learn, develop both as a professional and an individual, and experience fast-tracked advancement as the company grows.

What Does The Strategic Sales Manager Do:
We’re looking for a versatile team player who’s empathetic, organized, and exhibits strong critical thinking skills. The ideal person for this role is passionate about finding innovative solutions to new problems and getting to the end goal.
The Strategic Sales Manager is someone who understands priority setting for a good resolution and loves building up foundational structures and processes with different stakeholders to reach a strategic vision for the company.
As this is a sales-oriented position, we are looking for someone who has the skills required to build and foster new client relationships. These skills include those necessary to identify and qualify prospects, foster qualified leads, and close sales with new and existing clients. The Strategic Sales Manager will work alongside the L&N team to develop sales and growth strategies.

Potential Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support customer, sales, and marketing operations with creative solutions.
- Supporting the L&N executive team in building out strategies, planning, and creating processes on new problems or issues that arise within the organization.
- Identify potential industries, companies, clients, individuals, and partnerships that will foster organizational growth.
- Create and maintain internal timelines and client deadlines.
- Outreach to stakeholders, navigating multi-level organizations to find the right stakeholder.
- Full utilization of your exceptional communication skills through various media, including emails, texts, calls, presentations, and proposals, with the ability to articulate impact with brevity.
- This role may include physical activity as well, including event coordination and packing customer orders.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communicator: Deep understanding of how different stakeholders need communication methods. Agile and empathetic, you know how, when, where, and what to say/do in open-ended situations with various stakeholders.
- Perceptive: Comfortable selling and talking to VP, C-Suite executives, and sales leaders navigating multiple decision-makers in an organization.
- Responsible: Demonstrated strong accountability and self-motivation, including when you are working with others.
- Best-in-Class Builder: Enjoys building structures and processes from the ground up.
- Intellectually Curious: Shows genuine interest in getting to the bottom of the problem.
- Process-oriented: Driven by process and fundamentally sound in stakeholder approach. Has a systematic way of thinking about business processes
- Leadership: Someone who demonstrates previous leadership skill sets. You will be working collaboratively with different internal and external stakeholders; people management will quickly become part of your responsibility.
Requirements:
- 5+ Years of B2B and/or B2C sales experience in a non-retail environment
- Bachelor’s Degree Required, Masters Preferred
- Able to work both remotely and in-person
- Proficient in basic technology, including but not limited to Google Workspace, CRM platforms, design tools, and social media
