Full Stack Developer

Our Upcoming Revolution's Technology LLC (Just OUR Tech) is a digital app consultancy that helps students, innovators, organizations, and businesses elevate web and mobile-based applications by making their ideas a reality. OUR Tech is currently looking for a Full-Stack Developer to take part in a currently-run mobile app project.

Job Responsibilities

Working with clients to develop the overall look and design of website/applications
Writing code with programming languages such as HTML, C++, Java, and React Native
Producing, maintaining, and modifying app and user interfaces
Ensuring websites are accessible across many platforms, including laptops and smartphones
Routinely testing
Develop new user-facing features
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
Assure that all user input is validated before submitting it to the back-end
Maintaining and managing all updates and maintenance for current work projects
Participate in OUR Tech events, meetings, and committees
Play as a liaison for both Front-End and Back-End coding developments
Collaborate with other team members to complete project deadlines and tasks.

Job Requirements

Degree in computer science or related field.
Understanding of key design principles.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React Native
At least 2+ years of developing experiences
Good problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Great working in a fats-pace and autonomous environment

Compensation

This being a fairly new digital start-up you will be compensated with a base equity and royalties contact with percentages between 5% - 10% on the specific app project. It's open to negotiations.
