The Role

Your role in the company:

Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks, and other raising issue related to the company's products.
Provide solutions to customers’ general inquiries, complaints, reviews, feedback through calls, live chats, and emails.
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
Manage customers' expectations.
To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information
Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least an SPM
Required language(s): Fluent in Mandarin & English.
Ability to craft messages in a concise, chat format rather than paragraph form.
Must be able to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays
Additional Allowances: KPI and Agent Allowance.

Basic Salary:

RM2500 - RM4200
KPI allowance & other allowances are provided as well.
