*Job Summary *
This role is responsible for managing most problems independently and applies analytical thinking and knowledge when making judgement and recommendation to the team. Applies professional judgement when interpreting data and results.
Responsibilities:
• Managing day-to-day activities of the team, providing guidance and advice with the goal of case resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Leading, motivating and assisting the team to deliver individual goals and continued growth.
• Collaborate with Sales and IT Support team to improve overall customer experiences and to ensure a good service level to customers.
• Develop procedures and documentation for the application support.
• Maintain the team’s work schedule and on-call schedule to ensure support functionality to customers.
• Provide status updates to Management and team members on their respective projects.
• Help determine priority and resolve issues with the team.
Requirements:
• Candidate with at least diploma in IT related field.
• 3 years related work experiences and have leading a team
• Experienced in project management
• Strong communication skills in written and verbal
• Ability to articulate technical issues in simple to understand terms to customers.
