Join as a founding team member, instrumental in ensuring Carbn realises our mission
This is an individual contributor role, not management – you’ll be the sole Android engineer, working alongside our CTO, iOS dev, and backend dev
Own feature development, maintenance, unit testing, and documentation for the Carbn Android app
Right now, we are just on iOS – it is critical you bring an Android version to feature-parity as rapidly as possible, building it from scratch in Kotlin
Influence engineering team discussions as we agree on architecture and design APIs
Participate in weekly product discussions to share feature ideas
We’re iterating rapidly, so aim to strike a pragmatic balance between robust test coverage and pace of feature development
Hybrid work policy, with fixed office (LABS, Holborn) and remote days
