OPEN BANKING API DEVELOPER Technical Co - Founder

An emerging Fintech Startup with focus on P2P payment platform based on open banking.

We are looking for Technical Co-Founder for our new venture. Potentially grow in to CTO role. You will be responsible to end to end development and implimentation of the solution.

We are looking for hands on CTO with expereince in open banking API development. Please keep reading if you are not shy to get your hands dirty and can code, and more importantly have passion to work on intereting projects.

Ideally you have worked on similar products. API deisgn, blockchain technology or payment solution.

As our Tech Co-Founder you will be responsible for

Building payment platform/software from scratch - take charge of platform development, and make key decisions on technical architecture
Develop and design mobile app and UI/UX
Oversight of all aspects of engineering including technical strategy, best practice implementation, and technology stacks
Define technical support processes and ensure customer support for technical issues
Deliver the MVP, enabling us to test, iterate and serve our early customers
Ensure the systems architecture and infrastructure is scalable and can support a large B2C and B2B platform
Deal with open banking implementation entity, PSPs, banks and other potential partners

Experience

Expereince of open banking and ideally blockchain
Strong API and Integrations experience
Strong payment software development exprience
Experience in delivering and ideating a MVP A track record of delivering well-engineered products that delight users
Experience of managing teams of developers, preferably in a fintech or payment software business
Experience in optimising software and bringing software to market
Comfortable in fast paced environment with multiple stakeholders
Genuine excitement at the prospect of driving innovative tech with a lack of red tape
Thrive in uncertainty - ideally in a startup environment

What We Are Offering

Equity: 10-30% based on experience and track record

After our next raise, we would expect this individual to build out a small team. If you are looking to join an early stage start-up in an industry with huge potential to explode this is the role for you! In the role’s infancy, it would be completely remote. You will be part of the management/founding team and get actively involved in the strategic decisions.
