Investor Relations Manager

We are an energy technology company with many approaches by potential interested parties on daily basis. We utilise hubspot to organize the leads and communications and to ensure compliance with regulations.

Job Role

The Investor Relations Manager (IRM) is a leader who communicates with stakeholders and investors, to transfer the corporate's mission, vision, values, and culture.

The IRM should conduct routine communication, follow-ups with potential investors via different channels to ensure the successful closure of the deals while satisfying the regulatory policies.

Additionally maintaining a close relationship with the investors is a one of the duties of the IRM.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing the fundraise and closure of at least 2M USD per month.
• Managing and developing a close Investors relationship via CRM (Hubspot).
• Daily telephone conversation with current and potential investors.
• Leading the communications with investor during the fundraising stage and closing the deals.
• Studying the investors feedback and implementing strategies that can lead to successful closures.
• Pitching to investors.

Requirements

• Proven work experience in fundraising and sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pitch to investors.
• An ability to work on big strategic plans as well as day-to-day tasks.
• Ability to think both creatively and strategically.
• High conversion rate.
