The Role

Role: The Sales Manager is a strategic thinker and innovator. This role is responsible for the overall success of Canopy Management by ensuring the acquisition and retention of top tier clientele! The Sales Manager will develop and provide strategic leadership for Canopy Management's Sales Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Align and develop the sales team to meet Canopy sales and growth goals
  • Champion Strategies for Prospecting, Lead Gen, & Cold Outreach
  • Identify and procure potential partners utilizing networking, prospecting, and referrals
  • Innovate new ways of finding prospective partners
  • Attend-on-time and Participate in all assigned daily and weekly team huddles (meetings)
  • Motivates and leads a high-performance sales team
  • Transitions new partners to the appropriate Canopy Ad Team
  • Maintains an awareness of partner satisfaction through continuous communication
  • Identify, evaluate, and alleviate the concerns and problems of Canopy Partners
  • Maintain company value by providing top tier service to Canopy Partners
  • Work closely with COO to ensure partner satisfaction
  • Track and update all potential sales opportunities in Pipedrive CRM
  • Set sales forecasts & quotas
  • Audit and improve sales workflows for efficiency
  • Develop, track, and improve sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of sales experience
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Agency experience is a plus!
  • Provides thoughtful leadership and owns management of the Sales department
  • Detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects with successful results
  • Ability to communicate effectively and pass strategies off clearly
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team of highly driven sales people.
  • Access to a high-speed internet connection
  • Good time management and organization skills as a remote worker

  • Maintain Minimum Target APV (Average Partner Value)
  • Increase Average Partner Tenure (Average Partner Lifetime Value)
  • Increase New Partner MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue)
  • Increase New Top Line Revenue (One Time Revenue)
  • Continual Growth/Improvement of Sales Team’s Skills & Contribution
  • Champion Ascension Plan for Sales Team
  • Meet & Exceed Quotas
